12/3/2012 11:45 AM This is what I could read:

28. Octbr., 4ten
u 11ten Novbr
d. J.

The banns were published on three dates:
28 Oct., 4 and 11 Nov. of the [current] year.

Kürschner = furrier

Angemeldet den Drei und Zwanzigsten November 1800. Sieben und Dreißig

Reported on the 23 November 1837.

The signarture at the bottom seems to be "Himmel", but I cannot decipher what is written underneath.

12/9/2012 11:36 AM I think the word of the bottom is bürgerm: wich stands for "Bürgermeister" = Mayor. Very bad handwriting. The stroke at the left corner of the adornment of the signature could be the umlaut on the u.
