On  Response
11/29/2012 6:14 AM The text is a bit small. I tried to zoom in but it becomes blurrish.
Here is what I managed:
The big stone
Sarah Rikel Sheinbak
Modest and important woman
Gone by the way of the righteous
Sarah Rikel
daughter of Masha and Joshua(I'm not sure about it, too small)
Sheinbak
from town Abalitz(??)
died on 16 Sivan Tav Resh Zadi Vav = 5696 =1936
The small white plate on the right seems not connected - a stone of some other deceased

Sara Sheynbak or Sheynbok was the daughter of Reb Mosheh (male first name) of blessed memory and the wife for Reb Yehoshua (male first name)of blessed memory. She walked the way of the righteous (a description of how she lived, not how she died).

BR - Bat Reb = daughter of
ER - Eshet Reb = wife of.

Mosheh is Moses, Yehoshua is Joshua.

On the arched top of the stone, in small letters, it says she gave to charity (or was charitable) all her life.

I read the town she came from as "Apoleh" or "Afoleh" or "Opoleh"

12/2/2012 7:16 AM Tiny letters at top: [She] did charity all her days

In the white box...
Here lies Sara Rikel Sheinbach

In the large box...
A modest and important woman
Went on the path of the righteous
Mrs. Sarah Rikel [abbrev for] may peace be upon her]
Daughter of Moshe [abbrev for] may his memory be for a blessing Wife of Yehoshua [abbrev for] may his memory be for a blessing
Sheinbach
From the city of Opole
Died 15 Sivan 5693

In the smaller box at the bottom...
May her soul be bound in the bonds of life [a paraphrase of 1 Samuel 25:29 and the 'standard' last line of stones in Hebrew]
