Could some kind person interpret what the answers are to Q2, 4, 5 & 8 please-all in English but difficult to decipher. This is taken from Ancestry.com, US WWI Draft records & will give me valuable information about my family who emigrated to the US. Thank you.

11/11/2012 7:36 PM 2. I think it says 129 Lafayette Ave., Brooklyn, New York.

4. "Alien."

5. Something like Kremetgrad, Russia.

8. I can't quite make out the second word, but the first is Joseph, and the address is 406 Broadway.
11/11/2012 8:47 PM 2. Brooklyn is often written this way in the WWI draft registration forms

5. looks like Kremenchtuk, now listed as being in Poltava, Ukraine; it had a large Jewish settlement, industries, including a weaving mill which was opened by the Russian government according to Jewish Virtual Library online. sometimes immigrants would rather record Russia or Galicia rather than use "Ukraine".

8. Joseph Skolny and Co.,(906 Broadway, New York City) was a clothing manufacturer in New York City and it's history can be found on-line
