Information Picture Question

This is on the back of a picture of a man. All the other documents/photos there were from the part of the family that was on the Polish/Russian border before the 1940s (current Volyn, Ukraine). I'd appreciate a translation. Thank you!

11/12/2012 10:37 PM It looks like the picture was cut in two halves on the right side, because every line contains a beginning of text.
First line starts with 'Na pam..' which is beginning of 'Na pamiat'= for memory
Second line contains the word 'sister'
lines 3 and 4 parts of words illegible.
