11/4/2012 11:52 PM The text is both in Hebrew and in Yiddish.

Summer 1931
The picture of our father and our mother, may they rest in peace. Date of the death of our father:on the 25th to the 26th of the month of Av in the year 5,692.

To remember them by, for our dear brother, sister-in-law and children in Paris, from their father, mother, and brother Froike and Abraham (Bum) in the yard, close to the summer-kitchen.

Hope this has helped you.

11/5/2012 5:09 AM I think the lines after "may they rest in peace" say the following:
[Transliteration:]
A yohr far der ptira
fun avinu z"l [I don't know what d. h. stands for, am guessing it could be d(os) h(eist)]

[Translation]
A year before the death
of our father may his memory be blessed, that is [and the date given above].

[Comment]
The date of death converts to the the summer of 1932.
