Country: Lithuania

The woman on the right is my great great grandmother Brocha nee Krinzman aka Krentsman Shapira. The man may be her husband Zalman Velvel Shapira and their baby son Chiam( Herman) Shapiro
Shapira. The woman on the left is unknown but possibly because her left hand is on the man's shoulder, she may be his wife. Therefore, she may be Brocha's sister or sister in law.
Can anyone shed any light on this mystery.
We also would like to know what it says on bottom?

7/19/2012 6:53 AM The writing is in old Russian:
left I.Y. Krumin(probably photographer's name)
right Subbat (I don't know what it means but suppose that this is Russian version of town Subachius, see link http://www.lituanus.org/1993_1/93_1_04.htm)
