Can you interpret the name of the brother-in-law on line 2? It looks like "M. Kecztarew," but I can't locate any records in New York with that last name. My grandfather was born in Reczica, Russia according to the manifest list on line 2. I can't find that spelling on JewishGen Communities. What is the correct spelling of the town?
