Category: Interpretation Approval Date: 6/27/2012 4:14 PM Family Surname: BELAWSKY Country: Russia Town: Reczica Date of Image: 12 June 1913	Click the picture to enlarge	Can you interpret the name of the brother-in-law on line 2? It looks like "M. Kecztarew," but I can't locate any records in New York with that last name. My grandfather was born in Reczica, Russia according to the manifest list on line 2. I can't find that spelling on JewishGen Communities. What is the correct spelling of the town?

6/29/2012 1:12 AM	Most probably town name is Rechytsia, please see link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rechytsa The surname looks to me Kochtarew or Koztarew.
