I know that this image of my great-grandmother's gravestone is somewhat blurred but I'd appreciate a translation of the Hebrew writng.

The final line of 5 Hebrew letters stands for the often-used phrase: "May her soul be bound up in the bonds of eternal".

Other than was previously translated, it is difficult to catch any other words or inscriptions....Jo
