I need help to decipher and understand the caption, it's parly written in german i think.
I Know 2 persons in the picture, my grandfather, Bernhard SALINGER, the last on the right, and her sister Selma, the second from the left.
Maybe the others are also siblings or family, but i don't know.
Maybe the caption can help?

5/7/2012 1:25 PM Hello Fritz,
It seems being partly french (the last line) but doesn't make any sense in the context... ( the end: "pour option de mon fils", would mean : for option of my son)
i can read the date in first line : Juli 1930, but not the place.
I can't understand anything of the 2 lines below or even to the vertical left line.
So, still, any help will be appreciate !

Mes (Mer?) omnis..iat tt ??
plus (pluie?) d'??
?? option (optim?) de mon
?? (not fils: no dot over 2nd letter)

Can't manage any more.

Good luck, bonne chance.
