3/21/2010 The text of both messages is the same (German):
Meinem lieben Ruthchen
zum Andenken an
unsere Abreise

Ruthchen is a diminuative form of Ruth: 'chen' or 'lein' is often added to the given name of children
the 1st one is signed by: Deine Tante Alice (your aunt)
the 2nd one is signed by: Dein Onkel Albert (your uncle)

The dates are the same: April 19,1935
Place name: difficult to read
the letter before 'Dein Onkel' looks like a writing mistake that he crossed out

Translation:
For my dear little Ruth
In memory of our departure
