3/25/2009 Herschel Tzvi, son of Pinchas Michael the cohayn (priest)

But Pinchas is misspelled! It says "Pinchaf"
3/26/2009 Hirshel-Tsevi, son of Reb Pinchas-Michal HaCohen.

Hirshel Tvi son of R' Pinhap Michael HaCohen
(meaning, the Cohen)

I think there is a typo here. I've never seen the name Pinhap. I think it should be Pinhas or Pinchas.
3/26/2009 Hirshel Tzvi son of Rabbi Pinhas (written Pinhap?) Michael Hacohen
3/26/2009 It says Hirshel Tvzi son of Pinchas (I believe there's actually a typo- the last pey should be a samech) Michael the Cohen
3/26/2009 Hirshel Tzvi son of Reb Pinchap (the name might be
Pinchas) Michael HaCohen
5/3/2009 Hirshel Tzvi son of Pinchas Micael Hacohen
5/19/2009 Hirchel Zvi son of Pinchas Michael Hacohen
6/28/2009 Hershel Tzvi son of Pinchas Michel Ha-Cohen (the last letter of Pinchas is incorrect here)
12/3/2009 Hirshel Tzvi son of Pinchas Michael
