He lived thirty-six years and 4 months
And died on Wednesday, the 12th of the month of Sh'vat
In the year 5672 (January 31, 1912)

May His Soul Be Bound Up in the Bundle of Life

P.S. There appears to be a letter "Mem"(?) before the name Noah. Could the Hebrew name have been Manoah?
