I was told by my Aunt that this is an emigration paper for some of my family. Chana, listed as age 17 is my Grandmother who married Max Lakritz here in America. I'd like to know what this document says.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

4/28/2008 Your great-grandfather had an unusual name. Sehara? Schara? Is that it? He was the son of Lejzer and his wife's name was Leja. The names of their sons are on the left and the names of their daughters are on the right. Sadly, two of their sons seemed to have died in Nieswiez.
