Before the undersigned official of the civil record did attend today : the merchant Leo Moritz, living Mainz in the Schusterstrasse 7, ((Shoemakersstreet)) and declared that the trader in fashion-were Regina Moritz, born Metzger, 64 years, 4 months and 2 weeks old, of Israelite religion, living in Mainz, having been married with the trader in fashion-ware, who deceased in Mainz, Herman Moritz, daughter of the late butcher Leo Metzger, and his late wife Ester, born Kahn, both having lived in Mainz, died in Mainz in the house of the declarer on Match 24, 1883. Read, approved and signed. Leo Moritz. The employee of the civil record , by procuration. Schmitt.
4/14/2008 Death record N 384, established 25th March 1883 by Schmitt, employee.

The merchant Lev Moritz, dwelling Mainz, Schusterstrasse, N 7, declares that the housewife Regine Moritz, ne Metzger, of Jewish religion, born in Mainz, aged 64 years, 4 months, 2 weeks, married to the late Hermann Moritz, dead in Mainz, daughter of the late butcher Lev Metzger and the late Esther Kahn, is dead at the same address, the 24th March 1883, at 11 o'clock in the evening.
