Document 4/5 received from USHM. Need translation and connection to the other 4 documents. Mainly, what is the origin of this document and would it mean that Zigmund was still alive in 1948 ?

On  Response
3/20/2008 It was obviously a transcription from the German number book, probably by whichever country liberated Mauthausen. If you received 5 of them, look if one has a date of death - if not, it could be that he survived

This card is dated Sept. 22, 1948 from Mauthausen(records?)
Arrived Jan. 25, 1945 from Auschwitz and was transferred Feb. 16, 1945 to Camp Gusen
Occupation: Motor mechanic.
This card doesn't give more information and is probably in response to an inquiry by someone I guess.

Let's move on to the last one.
