Volunteer and Donor forms
The Ukraine SIG wants to share stories on topics such as historical material, book reviews, travel reports, research methodologies, and how your genealogical research has proceeded.
We do not publish genealogies here - you can submit those to the Family Tree of the Jewish
People, a great JewishGen resource which we can then all access.
We'd love to have stories about the families or individuals whose lives fill your
genealogy. Send us what you've got and we will post them on the appropriate town or
gubernia page. We can post exactly what you send, or help with the
writing/editing, as you prefer.
We require that you are the owner of material which you offer to us and that you submit a donor agreement to JewishGen at the time you send us the material.

This form can be used for all materials sent to the these pages to be posted by the Ukraine SIG.
JewishGen Volunteer Form
This form can be used for all projects organized by the Ukraine SIG. A single Volunteer Form
covers all of the projects you work on for us.
You can volunteer to work on a specific project by mentioning that project and
the name of the coordinator, or you can be a general volunteer, focusing once you learn more about the various projects.
You can submit the forms by fax or mail to JewishGen. Please send a
