In the spring of 1847 there was a cemetery at 7 Hobson Street, average Sabbath attendance was 15.
In 1850 services were temporarily discontinued. Subsequently the synagogue was transferred to Petty Curry where it remained until 1889

Synagogue, Great St. Mary's Passage (founded 1888). Seatholders 25. Annual income averages £40. Time of service on Saturday is arranged at the beginning of each term.
