Susana has taken on the enormous task of bringing ShtetLinks pages into compliance with JewishGen guidelines and policy.  She not only works diligently on this but brings to it an understanding of how best to convince unwilling page-owners into making corrections in their pages.  Her persistence in correcting long standing abuses of ShtetLinks pages is paying off, not only to our advantage but to the betterment of the ShtetLinks project.  Her dedication to the mission and goals of JewishGen is outstanding.

Prior to taking on her role as ShtetLinks Project Coordinator, Susana served JewishGen as a moderator and moderator trainer for many years.  Her thoughtful suggestions appear throughout the guidelines for posting messages to JewishGen mailing lists.
