Jake has been an invaluable resource in resolving technical problems with Lyris.  He responds promptly and informatively to questions and more often than not finds solutions to the knottiest problems.  He does this regularly, with good humor and with little recognition.  All of this is above and beyond his formal post as a RavSIG moderator and webmaster.

Jake has been outstanding in sorting out and correcting issues in our mailing lists.  He is unstinting in his efforts, always willing to provide assistance.
