There is a notice that states that for the seventh year a minyan was held at the residence of Mr. Maurice Marks. Mr. Marks and Mr. Michaels (of Manchester) read the prayers. Mr. H. Finestone of Worksop was Baal Tokeah.

It was reported that there were six Jewish families in Worksop but no Jewish minister.

The Worksop Hebrew Congregation advertised for a Hebrew teacher and shochet.
Note: There were letters in the
Jewish Chronicle in August and September 1909 from a Mr. Maurice Josephs of Worksop describing himself as Shochet.
