East Ham and Manor Park are situated in east London, north of the river Thames and are now in the London Borough of Newham.(iv) They were previously (from 1915 until 1965) in the former County Borough of East Ham (which prior thereto was a Municipal Borough from 1904 to 1915 and an Urban District from 1894 to 1904).
