Worksop

The town of Worksop. in the English East Midlands, forms part of the local government district of the Bassetlaw, the most northerly district of Nottinghamshire. Bessetlaw was formed in 1974 by the merger of the municipal borough and rural district of Worksop with the municipal borough and rural district of East Retford.

Only one Jewish congregation, the Worksop Hebrew Congregation, is known to have existed in Worksop.
