There is a notice that states that for the seventh year a minyan was held at the
residence of Mr. Maurice Marks. Mr. Marks and Mr. Michaels (of Manchester) read
the prayers. Mr. H. Finestone of Worksop was Baal Tokeah.

Note: There were letters in the
Jewish Chronicle
in August and September 1909 from a Mr. Maurice Josephs of Worksop describing
himself as Shochet.
