Date Founded: 1909, but shortly thereafter ceased to have sufficient members to hold services. Services recommenced on Rosh Hashana 1939.
Current Status: Closed - (in the Jewish Year Book 1940 still referred to services as being "held regularly")
Ritual: Ashkenazi Orthodox
Local Government: From 1996 - the county borough of Vale of Glamorgan - a unitary authority
1974 to 1996 - the district of Barry in the county of South Glamorgan
